- PSPamela SutherlandJun 9, 20261.0I bought an eye liner there because there isn't a Sephora anywhere near where I live. I bought an eye liner. When I brought it home and tried to use it the first time, the color liner part fell out of the pencil! It broke and just fell out. I called the store and explained that it broke and I that I had pictures to show them, and they refused to give me a refund or send me a replacement. They told me to call the manufacturer! As expensive as this makeup is, I would expect them to replace a brand new, broken eyeliner. The manager Robert, was very rude, and because I got irritated on the phone and told him it was a rip off, he hung up on me. I will never shop at this Sephora again.
