    This place is clean and everyone is helpful I got a skin analysis done to help with a starter skin care routine and everyone helped me with a smile I came in for one thing and left with a new skin care routine and a few other essentials everyone that was working Saturday May 23rd around 11 ish needs a raise ❤️

    I did a same delivery and received the wrong item. I went online to customer service and was told to take it into a store and they would trade it out. The item I purchased was $65 and the item i received was$50. It appeared to be a simple mistake of grabbing the wrong box by the employee who fulfilled the order.i went into the store and was told they couldn’t rectify because the delivery was from the mall store and they need to review security footage before anything could happen. At this point I am getting aggravated that i had paid for a delivery and a tip and got the wrong item was directed by customer service and now was being treated like a common thief. I had the paper receipt and the online picture of items receipt. Both clearly showed i didn’t order item i had and didn’t have item i ordered. Nikki Ash was acting manager and called both the manager Lauren and her assistant manager to get help and was told that security footage would have to be reviewed????? I never went to the store so i don’t know what they are reviewing? After 45 minutes of her talking to these two managers and saying things and implying things like I don’t know if she is telling the truth…i kept saying this is what your customer service told me to do. She called her district manager who i could hear correcting her. Told her to go get me what was on my receipt and take back what wasn’t. Nikki’s face turned bright red and did it while flinging her head back in disgust. Then handed me the item and said she gave it to me for free!!!! It was terrible customer service by Nikki who never wanted to help. Sephora has always had the best customer service. i am a rouge member and spend thousands there. That order was $211.82 and i just wanted the correct item i ordered. I lost money on delivery fee and tip and was treated like a criminal trying to swindle them out of $15 even though I was the one who had been overcharged. Hats off to the district manager and i am sorry you were bothered during dinner time over a $15 issue. Training is definitely needed at this site.
