  Do not sign up for a contract! Prime IV Hydration will continue to charge your credit card AFTER you have fulfilled the contract term. I was charged a 7th payment after my six-month contract term. No call back, no email return and no text return after my numerous attempts asking for the payment to be credited back to my card.

  I’ve been here twice. My first experience wasn’t the best, but the owner personally reached out and made things right, which I really appreciated. I decided to give them another chance, and I’m glad I did. The facility is very clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and kind. Conner was the staff member who helped me during my visit, and he was absolutely awesome! He was very kind, professional, and made my experience so much better. I had a great experience this time around and will definitely be a returning customer.

  I was feeling very tired and lazy and thought to have some iv hydration. I google and found prim iv at 68 mamorial .i booked online appointment with easy steps . On the day of appointment I went there. The environment was very calm and welcoming ,the staff was very helpful and friendly and help me in choosing right iv for me . After hydration I felt much better and got my strength back .will be back and must recommend to family and friends.

  I went here for two appointments. My first appointment was great. I got to sit in the massage chair as part of an introductory package. The technician who set up my IV was very kind and answered all my questions. I got to sit in the chair for about an hour while my drip ran, and she came back to check on me and add more time to the massage chair every 15 minutes or so. I felt refreshed and energized after that appointment was over, so I went back a second time. The second time was not good at all. I was the only customer there at that point. It had started to snow, but I still needed to keep my appointment for a specific reason. The technician was not terribly friendly and seemed annoyed that I was there. I paid the extra amount to use the massage chair, but it shut off after 15 minutes. I had to use my arm with a needle in it to operate the panel and figure out how to turn the chair back on. The technician never once checked on me during the infusion. He came back after about 30 minutes and told me I was done. I didn't feel any of the same benefits I'd had from my first visit. Then the technician called me someone else's name when he said goodbye. I haven't gone back and don't plan to. It's not worth paying more than a hundred dollars if there's a fifty-fifty chance of having a bad experience.

  Just tried cancel. They what $100. Last Visit was Thursday at 5 p.m. owner called to ask if I could be there early. I leave work at 430. Anyway, very rushed visit. The more I thought about I felt this was very unprofessional for a Health and Wellness facility. Seems the owner only cares about profit.
