- MMMatthew3 days ago4.0Staff was super friendly and gave good recommendations. They are happy to give samples of most things. I really like the products and that they fight against animal testing. Lost the single star because the store isn't super unique and is in a mall.

I’ve been around a lot of enthusiastic knowledgeable sales people and Charles and Katie at the Lush in Woodland Hills mall are as amazing as any of them. They had us enchanted and I walked away with several products just because of how descriptive and fun they were in telling me about them. Lush, you treat them right! I would come back there just to hang out with them, plus I love your products. Easy to be excited about.
