- KHKinslee HJun 28, 20261.0Got a lash lift and tint about 3 weeks ago and am still having problems. I went in on a Saturday and by that night, I could barely open my eyes bc my eyelashes were curling into my eyelids. I reached out to her and she brought me back in on Sunday to do a touch up and, after sitting there for 2 hours, I left worse than before. My eyes were red, swollen, and raw from the treatment and my eyelashes were more uncomfortable than ever. She told me to wait a few days before doing anything, then refused a refund bc I had waited too long. After that, I could not reach her at all. My eyes have been so uncomfortable and in pain and my eyelashes have been falling out for the last 3 weeks.
