  My experience was terrible. I recently tried to return an item I had purchased, but the employee told me I was one day past the return window and that there was nothing she could do. I went home, processed the return online, and was able to drop it off at FedEx with absolutely no issues. I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled in the store, especially since the return was easily accepted online. Unfortunately, this experience has made me not want to shop at this location again.

  Arrived at 10am when they open. Doors locked, so I called. The manager answered and said they’d “open in a little bit”. Doors didn’t open until 10:07am. People waiting outside didn’t receive an apology, a welcome, or anything friendly— just a few eye rolls. Not a fan of this store.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I came to this Sephora two days in a row to buy a perfume, and both times there wasn’t a single employee available to help me. I already knew exactly which fragrance I wanted, so I wasn’t asking for recommendations—I just needed someone to unlock the display or complete the purchase. I waited, looked around for assistance, and no one acknowledged me or offered any help. It’s unbelievable that a customer who is ready to spend money can’t get basic assistance. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Sephora needs to do a much better job staffing the store and making sure customers aren’t ignored.
