  experience was good, but i feel like i got scammed omg did not realize it was gonna be $250 for both ears for a helix … i probably would never come here again based on pricing i feel like i got scammed big time, they don’t offer no deals or first time costumer anything to… i wish they told me the full total before i got the piercing i probably would not have agreed, wouldn’t come unless you have money like that to just spend..

  Holly and Bree were the sweetest! I walked in a little nervous about getting my second piercing, but they made the entire experience so painless, comfortable, and fun! Bree took the time to make sure the placement was absolutely perfect before piercing, which I really appreciated. And the store itself is the cutest! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  This was my first time here and it was such a nice experience! I did pre-book an appt, they ended up not having a piercer for what I wanted (cause clearly I didn’t read the difference in helix/forward helix) but regardless! We shifted & I got my conch and it was seriously a 1/10 pain wise. Abby was great and she also changed out my other earrings. It was just a 10/10 experience and i appreciated everything!

  I brought my 6 year old here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. She had an incredible experience with Kammi who put her at ease through the whole process. Later the same day, I started to think that the placement was slightly off on one side. I brought her back 24 hours later, and they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. It’s one thing to have a good first experience, but they handled it so well when I came back in the middle of a crazy busy weekend day. Kammi is wonderful. I am so happy with the result, and so is my daughter.
