- SLSammi Lawrence5 days ago1.0Very disappointed in their customer service. After having 3 different piercings done at this establishment, all 3 of those earrings fell out within 3 months of the piercings. Earrings lost and so is my money. We were told to not change earrings for 12 months. Earrings didn't stay in ear for more than 3. These were push back earrings that easily got pulled out.

The price of jewelry is very steep comparatively to other places and the choices are minimal...then you are charged extra for the cleaning solution they send you home with. The cleaning solution should absolutely be included in the price of the piercing. We chose Rowan because of the option for needle piercing and the fact that a registered nurse performed the procedure.

The staff here was so patient went at her pace talked her through everything and see got her ears pierced! Worth every dollar! Having a licensed nurse do the piercing gave us a sense of comfort also. Gretchen and Allison at the front desk were so kind and made this happen for us.

We pierce babies as young as 2 months old. We require one DTaP vaccine for children ages 5 and under.
How much do piercings cost?
Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless studio.
