- LGLucy GieleAug 20, 20265.0I already loved lush but I came for the first time with a young child and not only were the employees so kind and accommodating, they seemed excited to show her around the store! The employees brought us the different jellies to touch, different things to smell. They made bubbles and even let the child pick out a bath bomb to try in the bowl in store. When she dropped the bath bomb, there was no fuss made and they were quick to sweep up the mess. I don’t go often because it’s a drive from me, but after my experience today I will definitely be making the drive more often. It is lovely to know I am supporting a store that not only has great values but great employees. Thank you to the employees who showed us such kindness and patience today!

I came in today genuinely intending to buy a specific product, but the staff never greeted me or offered to help a single time during my entire visit. Meanwhile, they warmly greeted and helped multiple other customers right in front of me. Felt unwelcomed and frozen out. Will be taking my money to another Lush.

We had went in to shop and I had my 8 year old daughter with me who the employee could clearly see was very hyper and wanted to look at everything so she immediately asked her to pick a bath bomb and let her play with it in the tub of water and she stayed with her, visited and occupied her while we shopped! It was so sweet and very much appreciated! love this location so much!

It was not something anyone should be saying, especially in their place of work!! Lush should have consequences for behavior like this.
