The service, mimosa and end product looked good. That said, buyer beware of their ridiculous add-on charges and ask for detailed prices ahead of time. I did a gel pedicure and builder gel full set. They charged me $192!!! French tips they said would be extra- no problem except it was $35 extra. I asked for painted flowers on two fingers - $10. Then when I check out they charged me $30 for having short nails. The technician used nails already cut and shaped. There was no additional time or product required to do my nails. More than $60 of add on charges is ridiculous and felt shady. I will never return and I’d caution anyone else going to this salon to be aware and expect shady billing practices. $192 for nails and pedicure is absurd.

I really wanted to have a better experience here because both of the nail techs who did my manicure and pedicure were very sweet and friendly, which is the main reason I’m giving 2 stars. The salon is beautiful and offers a lot of color choices.
Unfortunately, my builder gel manicure felt very rushed (done simultaneously during my pedi which I was okay with) and the final result reflects that. Also, I’ve been getting builder gel at another salon for years and I did not recognize the technique that this nail tech was using. It just seemed like a regular gel manicure with the builder gel polish. Several of my nails were uneven, and I actually had to file them myself afterward. I mentioned during the appointment that some of them looked uneven, but only one was quickly fixed and the rest weren’t really looked over. The polish also ended up bubbly, almost like it wasn’t given enough time to fully dry.
My gel pedicure itself was great and I really enjoyed that part of the service, but unfortunately the polish on my toes also ended up bubbly. Maybe this is a polish formula issue. I’ve never experienced this with gel before.
I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because both techs were genuinely very kind, but for the price of a manicure and pedicure together ($140 before tip) I was disappointed with how rushed the service felt and with the overall quality of the finished nails.

I really wanted to love this salon because it’s absolutely beautiful inside, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
When I checked in, I explained that I had grown-out dip nails that I wanted professionally removed. I only had two broken nails that needed to be repaired, and I wanted Gel-X since I was trying to grow out my natural nails. The front desk confirmed that was what would be done. I also requested regular polish on my toes, but I was given gel polish instead for an extra 20$ on my bill:
I chose the Ruby Pedicure, but it felt rushed and not whatever time they were advertising it for. While I was still getting my pedicure, another technician came over to remove my dip. I had already been told removal would cost an extra $10, which was fine. However, instead of soaking the dip off properly, he used a fake nail to pry my dip off my natural nails. It was extremely painful, and it ripped layers off my real nails. I told him multiple times that it hurt, but he continued anyway.
To make matters worse, instead of repairing just the two broken nails as discussed in the beginning, he began putting on a full set. I also requested a simple design, and I was charged an additional $40 for it. The design turned out okay, but it definitely wasn’t worth the extra cost.
Also when did almond nails become a “special shape” for extra cost?
The technicians were kind, and I truly wanted this to be a great experience, but I left disappointed & feel ripped off. I wasn’t even able to relax and enjoy my expensive pedicure because I was focused on the pain of having my nails ripped off. For the amount I paid, I expected much better communication, proper nail removal, and for the services discussed at check-in to actually be followed.

the first time i came here i had katie who did a great job on my nails and i went home and raved about my experience to everyone. i came in with my family to have some services done as a group (which we never get to do all together) and my mom had specifically requested katie do my nails. my pedicure was done, all of my nails were filed to different shapes and length and didn’t check in with me about the size only the color of the polish. during my pedicure someone else started doing my nails even though we had booked with katie. my mom asked for builder gel manicure, apparently the tips are not custom which is fine but should be communicated prior especially when a reference photo is being shown and you’re not 100% positive you can replicate that with what you have before you put them on a person. she essentially paid over $60 for gel polish on the extensions and they can’t even be filled. that service should be communicated prior to if someone is saying it’s their first time trying it. it was unfortunate that the four of us didn’t get to enjoy that experience to the point my sister ended up leaving after her toes being painted because she realized we were getting charged an obscene amount of money for polish and no shaping or cuticle care. i will say that the girl that did my youngest sisters nails was lovely.
edit: also so disappointed at the lack of accountability and the absolute argumentative behavior from whoever responds to these comments. the only response i could possibly be interested in is one that includes my mother being refunded for her nails that had no shaping or filing done to achieve the shape she was quoted for.
I had an interesting experience at this establishment. I’m trying to figure out if what unfolded was blatant discrimination or incompetence. Expect the unexpected, is the kindest thing I can say at the moment. My friend and I scheduled lash tint and lifts, brow tints and started out wanting the Russian manicure and pedicures but were talked into the gel-X and somehow paid for both services while our nails were prepped for the gel-X in a standard fashion. Either the Russian manicure at this establishment is simply what other nail salons see as standard procedure to prepare the nail bed for a fresh set or fill or we were charged for services we didn’t receive. To be fair and completely honest they stopped doing my nails halfway through and rushed me over to the pedicure chairs saying “we will finish the nails later” several times. They did finish my nails a couple of hours later while simultaneously tinting my brows and lashes. The shop was fairly empty I’d like to add, there were employees standing around and gathering to observe their coworkers technique. My nails do look great as long as I don’t show my palms where you can see the lumps of gel under the nail tip and the residue on my finger tips.If you’ve ever tried doing your own nails or glued a broken nail back on you know the struggle. My bff has beautiful nails, however, awoke in the morning to chemical burns in her brows. It seemed hardly worth the $800+ we spent. I suggest questioning everything they do and offer….IS THAT AN EXTRA SERVICE OR AN INDIVIDUAL ADD-ON, IS THAT PER FINGER OR A FLAT FEE , IS THAT IN ADDITION TO THE $103… are going to be incredibly important questions you’ll want to ask so that you don’t pay $229 in total, for a standard set of gel-x (that’s one person before they added pedicure, brow & lashes). They will say their prices are clearly stated on their website and such however they will also stack services unnecessarily assuming customers have never had said services done fully and properly before, a Russian manicure takes longer than 20 minutes and have their own separate tips. Gel-X somehow takes the same amount of time as a Russian manicure at this establishment because that’s not a Russian manicure it’s nail prep for gel-X. Selling a client a Russian manicure then installing gel-X and charging for both services is intentionally dishonest and unethical. This place is either a school cosplaying as a full service salon or they’re just incompetent and getting by on one time visits and five star google review discounts
****EDIT Excuses for botching an $800 appointment are unacceptable and ripping off veterans and their family members is disgraceful. I’m glad they’re at least honest about there being two of us and glad I shared the receipts showing charges for 3 “Russian” mani/pedis in total as well as their strange service stacking and google discounts. Chemical burns are something we all recognize and I’d question the skills and competency of any technician who would notice and note skin damage and elect to still perform a lamination or any such service, IF that was truly the case… Let alone discuss it with the client and proceed. As I go through our recordings the only discussion had was about the length and thickness of MY lashes to the SIX students crowded into the room observing MY services being performed. Not only are they less than Honest but they are training their students and new hires in these unprofessional practices as well. Ladies , you can always go back and edit your review to reflect the truth after you get your discount, but don’t worry they’re on the blacklist at Fort Sill and Tinker now and they have their own shady practices to thank for that privilege. We will simply and happily take our $800 elsewhere every 2 weeks. In a time where people can wear glasses and have various devices to record their entire spa day experience, you would think they would be more honest and professional in their dealings and responses.
