  This was my first time come here and I must say. I was pleasantly surprised. Madi did my hair. I was a little skeptical because I have had some nightmares hair cuts/colors in the past year. She was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and also educated me along the way! Great experience!

  I had a great experience, I am new to the area and this was my first hair appointment in town. Haley York was my stylist, she did a great job on my layers. I needed a trim and when I walked out I was very happy with what she did!

  Do not go here. Physically rough and terrible service.The Process: Forced to pay a $63.90 deposit and fill out custom matching paperwork, only to be moved to a completely incompatible stylist at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict.The Treatment: Incredibly aggressive and painful. My hair was yanked, my scalp was stabbed with color brushes, and foils were ripped out. The water temperature alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot.The Result: They skipped the layers, toner, and the scalp massage I paid for. She curled my hair while it was still wet, steaming it. I left with a burning scalp, a severe migraine, and missing hair.The Front Desk: Tried to deny receiving my upfront deposit at checkout. 15 years of waiting for a salon visit turned into an absolute nightmare.

  Allison did an amazing job bringing me back to blonde with a full highlight and toner and then gave me the CUTEST cut. She gave me the best hair for my low maintenance mom life needs and I am so grateful to her!
