- LLLJ LucasJul 18, 20261.0I don’t know how to say it but this location is giving controlling manager vibes. We got checked on way too much. I was vibing with a few of the sales women but could recognize they were not free to just engage with me. I’ve never been to an Sephora and felt like it was so crunchy. I love Sephora because no matter the city, the people who work there always seem to be themselves, makeup and lovers of helping people love themselves. This location lacks that and it definitely was because the beautiful people they hired seem to have a strict protocol.

I went in and checked out for a restock of my powder, but while doing so I mentioned about going through trial and error of finding a moisturizer that works with my acne prone, combination skin. Jance mentioned the brand Dieux that offers full and travel sizes in their lightweight moisturizers. He was not pushy at all but so informative on the pros and when to apply the product! So I gave the travel size a go, and now I’m on my 2nd full size of both products! I am obsessed with how my skin looks with this brand and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff! They listen and really try to base your needs and concerns on their recommendations. This speaks great volume on product knowledge and great customer service. Jance is the best!!
