  Called and confirmed the store had an item I wanted so I could get it the next day. The next day the other employee said they did not have it and would not even check. Wasted my time.

  The customer service is alright they were kinda messy and disorganized I had a gift card I got for my birthday that day and it was shown in active so maybe wouldn't come in less I need to restock sticking with ulta for sure

  The staff was nice and helpful but this Sephora needs someone who knows about skin tones and foundation color matching. I’ve been shopping at Sephora since I was 16 years old and this was the worst color match I ever experienced. Also samples of all foundations are not available/open. This makes it hard to shop.
