  I visited this store today and in the Lancome foundation section, there is a sign ""50%" off. At checkout, it rang at full price. I mentioned the 50% off sign and she said "oh that is misleading, it is only on certain colors". I took her to the sign and said it doesn't say that, she said they knew that and admitted it was misleading. I did not purchase the product. This is definitely false advertising. Sephora can do better than this, I am so disappointed and will likely stop shopping there.

  Had the best experience at Kohls Sephora!!! Anne, Braelin, and Mariah were fantastic and soooo helpful!!

  Me and a lady friend came in to shop for some fragrance on yesterday 9/25/25 two employees on duty only one handling the whole store but still need assistance from the other employee sitting on the floor blocking the counter where cologne and perfume are yes she was working i guess and was unwilling to help customers. I politely ask a question about cologne and she was irritated and rude. Her work badge wasn’t visible. Probably should be coached.
