  I removed an old 1 star review of mine. I tried again and I thought they were amazing. The team and the provider were good. It's the first time I've felt listened to at a PCP office in a long time. I anticipate I will probably upgrade to 5 star as soon as I convince myself.

  I had lab work ordered by lyndsy on April 30. Today is may 9th. Those lab results still have not been released to me! I have requested copies of the labs reports but was told 2 were still out. I have never had lab tests take 10 days to be done. As a patient, it is my right to receive copies of the lab report. They need to turn them over to me. APRN needs some diabetic education and understand a patient has a right to disagree with her and not be hollered at" you are being non compliant"! No, I prefer to deal with someone that knows facts. Very dissappointed!
