- HJHilary JonesApr 13, 20261.0Cancellation policy and customer service is terrible. Found out I was pregnant so they refused services and still charged me for half my massage. If that’s policy…ok…nothing I can do. But being rude about it and not offering an alternative is crazy. If you don’t mind that, and enjoy paying double for over-designed camp tent chain massage, this is the place.

The entire place was very clean and staff was helpful at the front desk as well. Only complaint I have is that the wave sounds were very loud in the massage area.

Margie made me feel comfortable and helped relax areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had. The quiet atmosphere was calming and perfect for an introvert like myself. She listened to what I mentioned and addressed those areas without neglecting anything else. Such a wonderful and unique place, highly recommended!

Jokes aside, the therapists that run this establishment show up with heart and soul, are experienced and have been in the industry for many years, they know what they’re doing and this location has great energy. Manager and admin staff always 10/10 on hospitality. Haven’t had an unpleasant experience to date.
