    I always enjoy shopping at Sephora, but the main reason I keep coming back is because of Amneh. She is incredibly knowledgeable about makeup and skincare, and every recommendation she gives feels thoughtful and personalized rather than just a sales pitch. The first time I met her, I was drawn to her flawless makeup and asked her for advice. She immediately impressed me with how much she knew about the products and what would actually work best for my needs. What I appreciate most is her honesty—she isn't afraid to tell you what she genuinely likes, what she doesn't, and what is truly worth your money. Every time I visit Sephora, I find myself hoping she's working because I know I'll leave with products I love and confidence in my purchases. Amneh consistently provides exceptional customer service and creates such a welcoming, comfortable shopping experience. Sephora is lucky to have her!

    I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a store in my life. Made eye contact with multiple employees and not a single one greeted me, or asked if I needed help, all of them turned away before I could even ask for help. One even made a snotty remark about me while I was still standing close enough to hear. I have vitiligo and it was the topic of the remarks, so I know it was about me. I had such a bad experience that I closed my Sephora card account while heading home from the store. It’s not my first bad Sephora experience, this was just one too many. I went down the road to Ulta and purchased the Rare Beauty foundation I was interested in, from someone who didn’t mock my appearance.

    I realized this review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to recognize an exceptional employee at Sephora in Crocker Park. Drew consistently provides one of the best customer service experiences I’ve encountered in retail. His product knowledge is truly impressive, but what stands out even more is his ability to listen and understand what a customer actually needs rather than simply recommending the latest trend or most expensive item. Whether my daughter and I are shopping for skincare, makeup, or trying to find the right product for a specific concern, Drew takes the time to ask thoughtful questions, explain options clearly, and ensure I leave with products that are the right fit. He has a genuine talent for matching customers with solutions that work for them, and his recommendations have always been spot-on. In an era where great customer service can be hard to find, Drew consistently goes above and beyond. He is professional, approachable, patient, and clearly passionate about helping people feel confident in their purchases. His expertise and dedication are a tremendous asset to Sephora and a big reason I continue to shop at the Crocker Park location. Thank you, Drew, for always providing outstanding service and making every visit a positive experience each time we’ve been there. Sephora is fortunate to have someone of your caliber on their team.

    I am very disappointed with the way my family and I were treated during our visit to Sephora this evening. My friend was visiting from Florida and realized she had forgotten her foundation powder. We knew the store was close to closing, and she entered the store around 8:55 PM. A few moments later, my granddaughter and I walked in. As soon as we came through the door, associates loudly announced, "We close in 4 minutes!" I was shocked by the tone and delivery. While I understand that the store was nearing closing time, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that to customers. What made the situation even more upsetting was that shortly afterward, a young white male entered the store and was not greeted with the same announcement or treatment. As a customer, this left me questioning whether we were being treated differently because we are Black. Whether intentional or not, the experience felt unwelcoming, embarrassing, and inconsistent. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I believe additional customer service and sensitivity training is needed to ensure all customers receive the same level of courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. I would recommend posting this version because it is firm, professional, and more likely to be taken seriously by store management.
