- SFStephanie FoosAug 1, 20261.0Unfortunately my experience with stylist Audi A. was a very poor one. Upon needing to reschedule my appointment with her she chose to charge me HALF of what my salon service would be, even though I suggested several options for an alternative appointment with her. This was upsetting considering 1) I did not cancel. I requested to reschedule or even do a partial salon service. 2) Audi never reached out. I received no communication from her when I attempted same-day follow up in attempts to find a resolution.
- DPDevon PayneNov 19, 20231.0My friend/hairstylist is the best of the best but the last couple times I’ve been there, the experience has not been great. Another stylist there always has her kids and the whole process is not as relaxing as I wanted/wished. This is my ‘me’ time and her kids are running around and she is yelling at them. Honestly, it’s pretty trashy and ruins the whole experience for me. I have told my hairstylist to let me know when she moves to a different location so I can go back to her. At this time, I will be going elsewhere which is very unfortunate for both of us.
