  I brought my 12 year old biracial daughter here. Upon inquiry, they told me there was an African American stylist here who could give a blowout. When we arrived, stylist was not there and my daughter was placed with a non AA stylist. She blow dried and burned my daughter s hair for over two hours and my daughter and I were told how "tough" her hair was and if she ever came back, she would need a longer booking. I MADE IT CLEAR SHE AT BOOKING, SHE WAS NON-WHITE, preferred a stylist who could accommodate a person with kinky, curly hair and it was told they had a stylist for that. I let this go but the salon recently had the nerve to send me a promo when my daughter and I felt completely unhappy with our service and how we were treated. This happened 2 or 3 years ago and we moved on to a more suited styling salon, but the nerve to send a promo when this is NOT A SALON FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN OR WOMEN WHO DO NOT HAVE BONE STRAIGHT HAIR INFURIATES ME WHEN THEY ADVERTISE AND TELL YOU THEY DO AND SHAME YOU WHEN THEY CANNOT!

  Shelly is amazing with my fine hair. Highlights that blend well with my natural color including the gray. Everyone at the salon is so nice!

  Everyone was so nice. They make you feel so special and good about yourself and do a fantastic job. I am from about 3 hrs away and will definitely come back. Elise was my stylist and did a fantastic job!

  Had my hair highlighted, lowlighted, and cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The text reminder was a great touch and really appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my highlights and lowlights came out exactly how I wanted. My haircut was also spot on. I could be happier with the results:)

  Michelle always makes my hair cut and color look so fresh and beautiful. I had my first facial with Noemi and she made me feel very comfortable and took great care of my skin. I've been coming here for years and Karen the owner always has a welcoming smile and a friendly "hello" whenever I stop in. I highly recommend Sozo Hair. Spa & Wigs!
