  I’ve been coming here for barber cuts for about a year. All the people I’ve dealt with have been very friendly and professional. They also do a great job cutting hair!

  Horrible asked for platinum with already half blonde hair and whole head turned out so dark brown and muddy with some gray silver pieces! Had to go to another salon to get a treatment to get the wrong toner out as much as she could do to help me, the girl who did left the wrong color toner in for a full 20 mins when she should have been checking it, plus she didn't leave the blond in for more than ten mins, so another salon tried the best to remove the muddy dark toner and re toned it with the correct color and that's all she could do to correct this horrible color. I will never go to the studio a place again and should get a full refund. Although another salon helped a lot I still can't color it again anytime soon without my hair falling out so I'm super unhappy to go on vacation like this when my hair looked better before even. Also my cut was a bit uneven so had to get that fixed also. The girl was nice at studio a and was gentle but had no clue how to do my hair correctly with the lightening or toning for too long without checking on it and using the wrong toner. I should have had the patience to just do it myself like I always have. I definitely wanted to cry with all my hair being darker than ever before in my life that's for sure :(

  I've been going back and forth about leaving a review. However, I can't justify the cost and time it took to completely mess up my hair. The young woman who did my hair was kind, but was not able to deliver what she promised. On Friday I was assured she could do a brunette (my natural color) to lavender and dark purple balayage. I even offered to just do the cut because my husband booked the wrong service and she was initially worried about time...but she assured me it could be done. In the end she bleached my hair too high while leaving it spotty and orange. The lavender washed right out and the purple was bright pink. She also rough cut my hair before the color and hadn't fixed it. I went to an event on Saturday and Mother's Day events on Sunday like this. No one there offered to fix it Saturday 🙃 On Monday I gave her another shot to fix my hair. It didnt go well and I left with a patchy unblended "balayage". Its been a few days and two washes since Monday and the color is just washing out. My hair is many shades lighter and the brown she added is ashy and turning brass color from the bleach. It looks like a horrible color job that's two moths overdue for a refresh. What really pissed me off...she dyed a stripe of gray hair next to my face I've been growing out for years. She promised to leave it un touched. Other than not charging me for her "fix" I'm out hundreds of dollars and six hours of my time. Now I have to pay someone else to make my hair presentable. No one in the salon other than my stylist actually cared that my hair was messed up. 0/10 would not recommend.
