The stylist michelle with the short grey hair was on her phone during my appointment and not paying attention, which made the whole service feel rushed and careless. on top of that, the attitude was rude and unprofessional. There were also comments about customers needing to tip more, which felt uncomfortable tipping is optional and should never be pressured. overall, the service felt disrespectful, and I won’t be returning.

The stylist seemed distracted, and I left feeling like my hair was uneven. Not what I hoped for when you just want a simple trim. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
- LLlyssaApr 28, 20261.0i went for a light trim a bit ago at great clips! i specifically asked for a light trim and i was met with an extremely rude hairdresser. she was a middle aged women and i truly have no words to express how AWFUL my cut and experience was with her and the location. She butchered my hair into a pixie. EXTREMELY short like a freaking BUZZCUT When my hair was to my waist!!!!!!!! she left mid way to take a call not even having the decency to not be within ear shot of me, she's cussing and saying slurs to someone on the phone, laughing as if I'm not a paying customer expected to just accept that? I am shocked and appalled they hire employees with such bad attitude and distasteful behavior. PLEASE PLEASE please rethink who you let around clients hair. been growing my hair since my mid 20s! what am i gonna do now!
