  Skylar did a silk press on me. She did AMAZING. She truly understood my hair texture and what my hair needed. Everyone there is very professional, skilled, and services are reasonably priced.

  I absolutely love my hair!! Skylar did such an amazing job toning it and gave me EXACTLY the color I wanted from the beginning. She really listened to what I wanted and made my hair look so good. I’m seriously so happy with how it turned out and will definitely be going back! 10/10!!!

  I have never left a negative review for a business before, but this experience warranted one. I fully respect that a business’s time is valuable, and I understand the purpose of having cancellation policies in place. However, charging someone $200 for a policy that was never communicated is completely unreasonable. They rescheduled my appointment last minute over the phone, never mentioned any cancellation policy, and then ignored every attempt I made to contact them regarding the charge. A policy cannot be fairly enforced when it was never properly communicated. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was extremely disappointing.
