  Will not be coming back. I waited an hour with not anyone acknowledging that I was still waiting. Was not asked if I wanted a conditioning treatment or let me know the price of it, but gave it to me. Also used olaplex which I also didn’t ask for. It makes my hair break like crazy. During blow out, she was super rough on my hair and kept smacking me with the blow dryer. My hair smells nice enough but I’m noticing a lot of breakage already. I ONLY wanted a color and a gloss. That’s it. She gave me the conditioning treatment instead and used oil for “shine”. I was still charged for said gloss. At checkout when questioned, though she admitted to not telling me prices, she lied straight to my face and said she asked me if I wanted a conditioning treatment and that I said yes. Not once did I do that. I was luckily given 1/2 off but I should have gotten just charged for color. Never coming back.

  Heather did did my highlights/low lights and color correction on my damaged bleached hair. She explained well what needed to be done and she did an amazing job!

  She left my hair 3 different colors and shades of yellow blonde and brown. Looked very un natural and un blended. I had to go to a another stylist and get a color correction and everything re bleached and re dyed and blended more naturally.

  amazing experience! Kory is the absolute best and everyone else was wonderful too!!
