  I started seeing Dr. K a month ago after throwing my back out really bad due to my history of disc issues. Dr. K and his staff are incredible! They’re all so caring, and Dr. K has gone over and beyond to help me get out of severe pain. Besides chiropractic care, he started me on some therapeutic peptides to help with tissue repair and inflammation, and his EmSculpt machine which has been strengthening my core and back muscles. These therapies alone have been life-changing!!! I feel like a brand new woman. Also, because of my inflammation issues, I decided to start a GLP-1 journey with Zēl because I trust I’m in the right hands and know they will take good care of me! I’m incredibly grateful.

  Zel Lifestyle Collective has literally changed my life — for the better! I work with Dr. Amanda for functional medicine and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Amanda really listens to you and considers your preferences and needs when creating a plan for your care. My health has improved significantly since first seeing her about 2 years ago. I also see Dr.K for chiropractic care and have had an amazing experience! He also really listens to what you are you feeling and goes above and beyond to ensure you are on the road to healing and recovery. The front desk staff are the best. They make me look forward to coming in! I seriously cannot say enough good about this family practice. The patients are at the center of their work and it’s worth every single penny!

  Such a great first impression of this clinic! They are all genuinely happy to take time to answer questions and hear my history and my concerns. This experience has been refreshing to say the least!

  Dr. Amanda is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been going to her for years for chiropractic, dry needling, and functional medicine. She listens to your goals and wants. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, but if on the off chance, she doesn’t know something she will do thorough research and come back with information needed. She truly cares about your health and you as a person. I cannot recommend her and Zel lifestyle collective enough.
