  I wasn’t going to write this review, mainly because the woman who owns and runs this shop was nice and I’m not one to impact a small business. However it has been on my mind a lot lately and I just can’t shake it. I purchased a $2000 wig from this shop on my birthday as I was undergoing chemo for breast cancer. I spent the money believing this wig would be higher quality, last longer and look more natural. It hasn’t looked the same since wearing it out of the shop. The ends get really ratty and tangled quickly. Even when following the care instructions to a tee. I had to take the wig back shortly after purchase to have the ends fixed. When I asked about this the owner said this happens with all synthetic wigs and when it happens I can bring it back and pay $60 to have it re done. Well at the time I was new to wigs and didn’t know how untrue this is. I’ve since purchased many affordable wigs, all under $100 that have not had this issue and I’ve worn them way more. I’ve barely worn this wig since purchasing because of the quality. And there is no returns or refunds, even if the wig is clearly not what it was described as and either defective or just a scam. I feel like I was heavily ripped off with this wig and it’s disheartening especially since this was something I needed and didn’t just want for cosmetic purposes. I was put on leave at work at the time and medical bills were high. The owner said insurance usually covers a portion of the wig. I submitted the claim through insurance and they didn’t refund any of the cost. While there, I also felt very pressured to make a purchase. The sales tactics were very pushy and harsh. It made me uncomfortable. But I knew I needed a nice, high quality wig I could trust would hold up. And my $2000 wig was as far from that. Now I’m in a position where I have a very expensive wig and nothing to do with it. I’ve thought about trying to sell it, but I wouldn’t even feel comfortable selling this wig to someone knowing they would have the same issues as me. So now I’m just eating that money because of the policy in place, which I now understand because I think most people would return their wigs from here if they could. Unless I just got really unlucky and this specific wig is truly just a defective one. If the owner isn’t willing to make it right, I highly do not recommend this shop. Especially for vulnerable cancer patients that don’t have thousands of dollars to waste.

  MARIA is a warm, kind, generous person who made my horrible day (because of my hair loss) a GREAT, FUN EXPERIENCE! She made me feel beautiful and I left with a HUGE smile on my face. Thank you, MARIA, for all you do for us - you bring back our confidence and our smiles :) :)

  Although Maria is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I feel a bit taken advantage of after visiting her store. I stopped in to get some information on toppers as I've had some recent medication related hair loss. I mentioned that this was all knew to me. She looked at my hair went in the back, brought out a topper and clipped in on. No conversation as to what style or type I would like. Honestly, it did look great. The color matching was good and I was told she didnt have anything else in the store that would match. She then proceeded to tell me about her history and experience, which is impressive but I felt super rushed and like my questions didn't matter. She then told me the price and that I could just leave it on. I was excited to find something I thought I liked and got caught up in the moment and decided to make the purchase. I assumed (shame on me) based on her stories that these were handmade or at the very least a higher quality to warrant the pricing. After a couple of days of trying repeatedly to wear the topper and be comfortable in it, I just realized it is not going to work for me. So I called about a refund/exchange and she bluntly says no refunds or exchanges. I'm sorry, but when you drop hundreds of dollars on something, this should absolutely be mentioned up front, which it wasn't. So now I have a topper that I discovered is a Raquel Welch piece that I could purchase on Amazon for $800 less than what I paid that I won't wear. Friendly but overall not a great experience.

  I went there at 2:30. Nobody was there online and on their door. It says open till three. I was not the only one disappointed there was another lady there also wanting to get a wig. Feel like if you say you’re open till three should be open till three disappointed!
