  Layan was extremely kind and very helpful, she took her time to show me a variety of products, and explain the benefits/pros/cons of each. We did some color matching and got everything I needed that day. When I tried everything at home, her recommendations were spot-on! She definitely knows her stuff!

  I come into Sephora so often and have never had a bad experience. All the ladies are helpful and kind! They also keep the store organized and welcoming ! I was in on Sunday and was helped by Nina, who was amazing to work with. She was so knowledgeable about the products and what will work best for me. She even offered samples to try products at home! So appreciative of the team they have there, who continue to provide a great experience !

  Rudest stuff ever. I’m not the person who usually writes reviews, but it was really bad, so I felt like doing so. Came to buy the particular concealer, two workers were occupied with something, I waited, no one noticed me, I approached them: hi, could you help me? Girl just was staying staring at me, waiting for me to explain what I wanted. I mean simple “hi” would be appreciated at this situation. I showed her a picture of the product I wanted, she started to looking for it, then she said that they don’t have it. I was like: ok, could you show me darker one. She found one and told me to buy it and if it’s not gonna work bring it back. I was really confused. I said: you have a tester in your hands, could I try it instead of buying it? She said: yes. I was like: do you have brushes? Like seriously. Could you help me, I want to buy something, why do I need to beg. She pointed somewhere: hygiene is over there. I didn’t see where, so I needed to find it myself. So she just left me, sat on a chair and started to chat with her colleague. Do you think this is acceptable service? I’m not even talking about smiling and being nice, just help me to find and choose product that I want to buy, that’s it, am I asking for too much? This is my worst experience at Sephora. Just go to another location, don’t waste your time.

  Hands down the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a makeup store. Would rather talk about their clock out time and boyfriends while loudly swearing than help their customers. They all spoke in a brain dead manner. Bothered me to the point of leaving a review. Definitely not returning.

  Love Sephora. I can find all thr products I love and the workers are always friendly and ready to answer any questions.
