  I just have to give the biggest shoutout to Nina at Sephora. She was seriously so kind and amazing from the second she started helping me. I went in needing help finding the right match for my skin, and she took her time, actually listened to me, and made sure we found something that was perfect for me. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about helping me. What meant the most to me was how she made me feel. She made me feel beautiful and so much more confident in myself, and I honestly left feeling so good. It might seem like a small thing, but her kindness really meant a lot to me. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when they genuinely care about the person they’re helping, and Nina definitely cares. Sephora is so lucky to have someone like her. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Nina every time!

  I walked in as a total hot mess stressed about my new menopause skin. Nina the beauty advisor was so kind and patient. She showed me the exact makeup tricks to blur my wrinkles and make me feel human again. I just wish I could recreate it at home. lol.

  I will be shopping at this location for now on! It is so clean, and the employees are so kind, and friendly! Nina was awesome and she made my experience amazing! She hung with me while I shopped and helped answer any questions or concerns I had, she was so nice, and not “work nice” it Felt genuine, and it was very refreshing and she was very knowledgeable on products in the store and when I asked her questions about Certain concerns I was having she had lots of products to recommend And I was able to branch out and get new stuff I wouldn’t Have tried if it wasn’t for Nina! I will be back to shop soon!!

  Honestly I like Sephora, but the staff ruins the experience for me. They are rude and seem like they don’t want to help you find anything. I was there today and I felt like I was a burden to them. Now it’s a toss up for me if I want to return because I like the products I buy, but the staff is intimidating with their bad attitudes.

  The Sephora in Strongsville has to be one of the most inviting and pleasant places. thanks to Nina and Amber, who really made the experience worthwhile and helped answer any questions i had! thank you to the both of them! <3
