  Went to Sephora workers where rude and asked like I was bother them when I asked where a certain brand of makeup male coworker looked very angry at register and was rude when I was getting my stuff checked out , lipstick was 30 dollars but they lost business because I left the store was going to buy the lipstick but sience the coworker made me feel so uncomfortable I did not buy the lipstick at all . If they would have been more professional and kind they would have gotten my money . Rather go to target and get my makup and be treated kindly by the associates . Then here

  I have been coming to the Sephora in Strongsville for almost three years now, and I can say without a single doubt that it is the number one, absolute best makeup store I have ever set foot in. What truly sets this location completely apart from any other beauty retailer is the incredible, unmatched staff. All of the ladies here know exactly who I am, and they are hands-down the sweetest, kindest, and most genuinely helpful people you will ever meet. They are always so genuinely excited to see me when I walk in, and we’ve built such amazing connections over the years that we regularly have wonderful one-on-one personal conversations. It feels like visiting friends rather than just running an errand—I even recently got to say a sweet goodbye to one of the wonderful girls who was about to head out on maternity leave to have her baby! They also go completely above and beyond when it comes to customer care. The store is always beautifully stocked, but if something I’m looking for isn't immediately visible on the floor, the staff never hesitates to double-check the back stock for me just to be 100% sure. Most importantly, they are fiercely honest. They will never lie to you or try to push a bad product on you just to make a quick sale. If a product isn't actually good or right for you, they will tell you the truth and recommend something else, but also dont push it on you. They just give you better recommendations that work for you and your needs and skin type. Because of that genuine, no-pressure environment, I feel completely comfortable spending hours browsing in here. I never feel judged, and I never feel that awkward pressure like I’ve been there too long. Instead, I just feel welcome, supported, and flawlessly helped whenever I need it. If you want an exceptional beauty shopping experience where the staff treats you like absolute royalty and acts with total integrity, the Strongsville Sephora is the place to go!

  I just have to give the biggest shoutout to Nina at Sephora. She was seriously so kind and amazing from the second she started helping me. I went in needing help finding the right match for my skin, and she took her time, actually listened to me, and made sure we found something that was perfect for me. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about helping me. What meant the most to me was how she made me feel. She made me feel beautiful and so much more confident in myself, and I honestly left feeling so good. It might seem like a small thing, but her kindness really meant a lot to me. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when they genuinely care about the person they’re helping, and Nina definitely cares. Sephora is so lucky to have someone like her. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Nina every time!

  I walked in as a total hot mess stressed about my new menopause skin. Nina the beauty advisor was so kind and patient. She showed me the exact makeup tricks to blur my wrinkles and make me feel human again. I just wish I could recreate it at home. lol.

  I will be shopping at this location for now on! It is so clean, and the employees are so kind, and friendly! Nina was awesome and she made my experience amazing! She hung with me while I shopped and helped answer any questions or concerns I had, she was so nice, and not “work nice” it Felt genuine, and it was very refreshing and she was very knowledgeable on products in the store and when I asked her questions about Certain concerns I was having she had lots of products to recommend And I was able to branch out and get new stuff I wouldn’t Have tried if it wasn’t for Nina! I will be back to shop soon!!
