  Manager was completely unprofessional. I use 4 different Great Clips and this one will not honor ANY coupons. You get them right off the website and they don't accept them. Worst place to get your haircut. Do not go to this location. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

  I came in today at around 2pm simply to get my hair fixed, not a full drastic haircut/change. i wanted my layers shaped up and a minimal amount of inches taken off. I walk in and there is two employees, the lady who checked me in was also my hairdresser. she was an older woman with an ashy grey bob-style haircut and arm tattoos. She immediately asks me with an attitude if i have been here before, i let her know i've been to great clips before but not this location. she takes me to the chair and asks me what i want and i show some photos and explain that i dont want a lot of length off, i just want essentially a "shape up". she starts brushing my hair and asks me the last time i got my hair cut with an attitude. i explained to her that i get bad anxiety surrounding haircuts so its really once in a blue moon when im feeling brave (my exact wording). for some reason she thought it was good customer service to reply with a tone, "yeah i can tell". This attitude continued the entire time I was receiving my haircut. I had also previously mentioned to her that i had trimmed a few inches off my hair a couple days ago and thats also what i wanted fixed as i had grown out layers. when she gets to doing the layers i asked for, she asked me which side i had trimmed the inches off of and i told her that i had pulled it to the front in pigtails just to reduce dead-ends as a last ditch effort to avoid going in somewhere (again, because of my anxiety). and AGAIN, she says "yeah i can tell". throughout the entire haircut she was incredibly rude, when i told her i wanted to keep as much length as possible she again met me with a tone and told me that it just wasnt possible. when it came time to do my layers she told me it was DEFINITELY not possible to layer my hair, and that she could do light layers. i never told her i wanted extreme layers, but even if i did say that as far as im concerned it was possible. i dont have short hair, im 5'3 and it reaches just below my shoulders, middle part with a side fringe. how is it impossible to layer that hair?. and on top of the horrible attitude i was receiving despite just keeping my mouth shut and being polite throughout it and not responding to her rude comments, she was GENUINELY ripping and hacking at my hair with the wide tooth comb. There was no small-talk, no checking in, no "i'm sorry if this hurts" or anything i have received at the other great clips location i go to (Streetsboro). instead she was genuinely scoffing, huffing, and seriously hurting my scalp while making faces and being visibly frustrated through her body language and how she was tearing, ripping, and pulling my hair. at the end of my INCREDIBLY awkward haircut with extremely bad customer service and just overall people skills and general kindness, what she had to say was "you need to remember to keep up with trimming your hair so theres less tearing and pulling". so she was AWARE of how rough she was being and could not offer any sympathy. I have seen actual hair de-matting videos with less aggression in how the hair was being brushed/detangled and better customer service than what i experienced here today. I kept quiet and polite the entire time because maybe she was just having a bad day even though i was on the verge of tears from the general disrespect i had just gone through even after trying to be friendly and answer her questions (that were all rude to begin with). I even tipped her because i don't know what is happening in her personal life. However, when your career is entirely people based and serving customers, at least PRETEND to have empathy or some general care for the people you're serving. I went to the Sally's Beauty after my haircut to pickup hairdye and the employees there were SO sweet and even consoled me when i told them about what i had just gone through. Would NOT go back to this location due to this employee.

  Came in, thought everything was nice and normal, but then got ignored and cut in line 2-3 times. From 1st in line with no wait time to waiting for close to an hour. I went there before and the previous workers were friendly. This time it was two new younger employees who at first took someone else ahead and said don’t worry you won’t be cut. I just smiled and nodded, assumed it might have been a friend of theirs or something. But then the second time they took a walk in person third in line. Looked at me and just walked away. I may have looked puzzled, but I hope I didn’t look mean, I didn’t say anything. Ended up just leaving quietly. I don’t know if I was mistaken for someone else they didn’t like, but I only have gone once before and had a normal experience. This time I thought I could squeeze in a haircut before night shift and left with nothing but wasted time :(

  Like my details are on file. This past visit was not great. Yes, hair cut. However, I left looking like someone scalped my hair on the sides and I have a hat on. The previous two visits were awesome and my hair looked great. I might return one more time - yet that is debatable. Your cost is what keeps there.

  The woman that cut my wife's hair just hacked and shaved half her head. After she was shown a picture of what she wanted equal on both sides. The stylist had an attitude from the beginning. Save yourselves the aggravation and go elsewhere.
