I brought my junior here for Hudson Prom, and Trina did an absolutely incredible job on her hair. She has such a natural talent and skill for updos, braids, haircuts—honestly everything she touches turns out beautiful. My daughter’s hair looked flawless and held up perfectly all night. On top of her talent, Trina’s energy is just amazing. Her attitude is so positive and infectious that it makes the whole experience even better. We left feeling grateful, confident, and beyond happy with how everything turned out.

My husband just came home from getting his haircut by a stylist named Deanna ("Dean-A") She butchered the back of his hairline. She took his hairline up way too far and didn't even cut it straight. I spoke to the stores owner and she said that this lady has been styling hair for 30 years. She must have forgotten her glasses or need her prescription changed because only a vision impaired person would have thought that his hairline was fine. I can't believe that she couldn't see how ridiculous the back of his hair looked. The owner tried her best to defend her stylist, which in turn made me even more upset. How dare you defend trashy work from your stylist who supposedly has been doing hair for 30 years. I am appalled at how they allow their customers to leave their establishment after getting their haircut by this woman. Shame on you Deanna for doing such a lazy job on his hair. Shame on the other stylist for allowing him to walk out of the door looking like that and shame on you Elda or Ellga (Owner) for hiring such incompetent stylists to work in your shop. I am disgusted!!!!! I believe the owner also owns a Great Clips shop in Westlake OH as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT SHE OWNS!!

And now that I’ve come out of the closet and begun my transition, I am so thankful for the stylist Maylii. She is an Ally to the LGBTQ+ community, she makes me feel comfortable in the salon, and her work helps me feel more comfortable in my own body. Thank you Great Clips Highpoint Plaza for employing a national treasure like Maylii.
