  I’ve been seeing Leann for years and she is simply the best! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about hair but I’m always amazed by how great my results turn out. I also trust her completely. She is the best stylist I have ever been to! She is such a sweet person too!I recently gave birth and so appreciate how she checks in on me and how being a new mom is going. Highly recommend her!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at J Bentley regarding the Complex Keratin Treatment. I paid over $400 for this service after being told the results would last approximately 3–6 months. I followed all aftercare instructions exactly, including not washing or touching my hair for the required 72 hours after the treatment. Despite this, I noticed the results fading almost immediately. With each wash, the effects diminished further, and within a short period my hair was back to having the same waves, frizz, and texture concerns I had before the treatment. About five weeks after my appointment, I returned for a consultation because I felt the treatment had not delivered the results that were promised. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt dismissed and was told that my hair had not “taken to the process” and that I would need multiple additional treatments before seeing lasting results. This was never explained during the original consultation. I was led to believe that one treatment would provide results lasting 3–6 months and would only need to be repeated a few times per year. What was especially frustrating is that my results did not even last as long as the timeframe typically advertised for an express keratin treatment. When I expressed my concerns and requested a refund for a service that did not perform as represented, I felt pressured into spending even more money rather than having my concerns genuinely addressed. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but I do not believe the expectations set during my consultation matched the reality of the results I received. I paid for a service that was represented as lasting several months, and that was not my experience. I am disappointed by both the outcome of the treatment and the way my concerns were handled afterward.
