She won’t even look at you when you speak to her. My husband specifically asked for someone else this time, but while we were there Heather was cutting a little girl’s hair. The way she spoke to the child was awful—and she even made a comment about having to “pull her hair” as it was just part of the process. I was shocked her mother didn’t say anything. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. Heather’s attitude and lack of professionalism make it clear she should not be in a position of leadership. Heaven, who cut his hair did a good job, but we will not be returning to this location due to the disrespectful atmosphere

I went at the time of store opening and there were already 5 people before me. As the store opened people started showing up and wait time went up to 2 hours. Overall service was good. They have 12 chairs at this location.
