- KGKathleen Green6 days ago1.0I'll stick with online shopping... I went into Kohl's to pick up an order and stopped off at Sephora for an Armani perfume I wanted... there were a couple employees behind the counter just talking and there was maybe eight people looking for items and not one time did they ask if anyone needed help. The item I wanted wasn't on the shelf and I didn't bother to ask if they had what I wanted since the sale didn't seem to be a concern for any of the employees. Customer service isn't what it used to be.

I shop there often and she is always there and always been pleasant however today was embarrassing, she did not know how to do a return without a physical receipt even though I showed her on my app the purchase. She continued to argue with take deep breaths and laugh with other customers about it. Luckily I was able to get a hold of the supervisor Sara and she was able to complete my return. Hopefully someone will train the Sephora associate on returns and customer service because she does not represent your company well
