I never leave reviews, but this one is needed. Came in for cut and color correction consultation. The cut was butchered, choppy uneven, and not even remotely close to the inspo pic I showed. Even tried styling it when I got home, and it didn’t look any better. Since it was a consultation for color, the girl proceeded to cut out a piece of my hair to test and said she’d call me later that day or a in a few days at that latest letting me know how my hair lifted. I never got a response. Nothing. What kind of service is that? I ended up going to another salon that same week and they fixed the cut (who even admitted it was uneven) and color corrected my hair and made me feel reassured and confident leaving the salon. The total difference of energy, customer service, communication, etc between your salon and the other one is like night and day difference. Just a FYI

They overcharge for everything and the workers are very rude, especially the manager. she has grey hair and is just very entitled and rude to all the clients and staff. never going here again.
