Do not go here for detailed art pieces . I sent the artist before I came a photo of what I wanted . When I came the artist showed me a completely different image from google not even including everything I wanted in the tattoo. They told me to find a sketch of it online . I have many tattoos and every other artist drew it . But I went on chat gpt to try to give the artist a clearer image. I sent it to them and I seen the artist going on chat gpt as well and all of the images were messed up versions . And every time I was asked if I wanted it I said no I want the exact image . Obviously 100% exact is hard to achieve but everything I was shown wasn’t the same shading or accurate features for the animal I wanted. This was supposed to be a big shoulder piece . I explained what was wrong and they refused to make it the way I wanted so I canceled . I’m not going to pay near a grand for something I don’t want and tried to get convinced to get . I have many art pieces and never experienced this in this manner . If u notice the good reviews mainly come from basic tattoos I’m sure they got from chat gpt so they don’t have to sketch .

Ryan did a excellent job on the 2 tattoos I had done today. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. They're very clean and Ryan really listened to how I wanted them. Ty Ryan for making beautiful memories come to life with your art. I Will come back if I ever wanted another.

I got matching tattoos with my partner. Our tattoos were no bigger than the size of a quarter. The tattoo artist, Alex, did not quote us ahead of time and I was hit with $80 per tattoo. I’m not sure how a tattoo that took him 15 minutes to do would cost so much. On top of that, we had to wait an hour over the time we were scheduled without warning.

Frequently Asked Questions About Divine Image Ink Tattoo and Piercing Studio

What is a tattoo, exactly? How does it work?

The ancient practice of tattooing works with your skin's natural healing process. When skin is broken, your body seals the wound, trapping any foreign particles inside. You may have experienced this with a pencil puncture-the graphite can remain visible under your skin indefinitely. Tattooing follows the same principle: A tattoo artist uses small, sharp needles to deposit ink into your skin's top layer. As your skin heals, it seals over the ink, which stays beneath the surface. When you look at a healed tattoo, you're viewing color trapped under the skin. This is why tattoos are difficult to remove and why selecting your design carefully matters-removing the ink requires cutting or burning away the skin layers that contain it, resulting in scar tissue.

Is tattooing safe?

At Divine Image Ink, your physical safety and well-being are our tattoo artists' highest priorities. Our tattooing stations and chairs undergo regular cleaning and disinfection. We isolate the area being tattooed from the chair using plastic wrap. Our work surfaces are covered with the same protective material used in dental settings. All needles are medically sterilized and opened in your presence. Artists wear surgical gloves, changing them frequently to protect you from bacteria. Our inks are nontoxic, and allergic reactions to them are extremely rare. While any procedure involving broken skin carries some risk, we take every reasonable precaution to prevent infection or adverse reactions. Please share any concerns with your artist before starting your tattoo.
