  I had an issue with one of my fresh piercings, and everyone was incredibly helpful. Bryce took the time to fix the problem, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was pretty stressed, but she was so kind, patient, and reassuring that I left feeling much better. I would absolutely recommend coming here!

  I brought my young daughter in to have her ears pierced, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process to my daughter, which helped her feel comfortable and at ease. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into a positive and memorable one. We truly appreciated the care and compassion they showed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering ear piercing for their child.

  My name is Judy Rini and I went to Rowan's Ear Piercing Studio on 06/25/2026 and had an excellent experience. I had my ears pierced about 40 years ago and the one closed up. I went to another place about a year or so ago and they used a gun and I never was able to get an earring in correctly. The nurse, Sam, performed a needle piercing today on one ear; it was a painless process. She thoroughly explained the procedure and what to do post procedure and gave written instructions as well. The studio is immaculate, nice and bright. The selection of earrings to choose are of high quality and very pretty, such a variety. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to go to Rowan's.

  Did a walk in on 6/11 at 10:30am they told me to scan the code on the counter and schedule an appointment for 11:30am. I came back at 11:25 and did not make it to the piercing chair until 12:38. They pushed back every appointment and walk in during that hour and some change that I waited. They only had 1 piercer which is kind of insane if you accept walk ins. If I did not badly want my nose pierced for my birthday I 100% would have walked out. I paid a total of $165.24 for my nose piercing. The $20 after care spray was automatically placed in my bag and added to my total without any explanation or opportunity to decline. I know I will need to clean my piercing but a $20 bottle is insane when I could easily get it for $8 at the drug store or off Amazon. Despite all of the signage in the store and online pricing saying that single piercings are $35 I was charged $45 for my nose piercing and was told nose piercings are more intricate and cost more. I pointed to the sign right behind the associate that has zero mention of nose piercings being a different price. She said she would "let corporate know". Between the wait and then feeling like I paid at least $35-45 more than what I should have for this piercing, I have to say I would not recommend Rowan to any friends or family, you might as well go to the mall or a tattoo shop. Only giving 3 stars instead of 2 because the piercer was very kind and knowledgeable, she saved this visit.
