  I stopped by recently to get a conch piercing and my thirds. I had a GREAT time, especially as someone who'd never gotten anything pierced other than my lobes. Nurse Bryce had some great advice for the conch and helped me not psych myself out of getting it, since I really wanted it but was afraid of the pain. Turns out it didn't realy hurt much because she had a great technique! She made me feel so comfortable. Definitely going back soon and asking for her again!

  We took our daughter for her first piecing for her 10th birthday. It was a pleasant experience where she felt included in the decisions, understood everything that was happening, and she was very happy with how they turned out! She got a little goodie bag at the end and was all smiles. The location is also great, with plenty to do nearby.

  After reading so many glowing reviews and hearing great things from my friends I was excited to take my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Unfortunately our experience was less than stellar. The place is clean, the sterilization and all of that is well done. Unfortunately my daughter was very nervous about having her ears pierced and we left with only one piercing because she was too upset after the first to get the second one done. Obviously this is at no fault of the store, however the nurse we saw offered very little empathy or encouragement and I felt like the entire situation could have just been handled with a little more compassion. I felt like because she was upset after the first that we couldn’t even stop and take a break to calm down enough to try the other. I was met with a shrug and care instructions for the ear that was already done. I was also very upset to learn after the fact that they will offer to do both lobes at the same time if the kids are nervous (which my daughter visibly was) and we were never offered that at all. It was slightly busy (but there weren’t a ton of people waiting) but I would have absolutely waited and paid extra to do them both at once if given the chance. I’m just very disappointed in our experience and now faced with either removing an earring I just paid $150 for or having my daughter have only one earring until she’s ready to try again.

  Nurse Mariah was absolutely amazing! I came to Rowan pinecrest to start my ear stack and got flat, helix and upper lobe piercings. Nurse Mariah was very helpful in assisting me with jewelry selection and choosing placement based on my ear’s unique anatomy. I also wear glasses so she took that into consideration when helping choose placement. Nurse Mariah was friendly and explained every part of the procedure as she was doing it. I 100% recommend Nurse Mariah at Rowan Pinecrest!!! 11/10 for sure!

  Mariah was EXCELLENT! This is an exciting time in a young girls life and she made it an exceptional experience. The girls are 8 and 10 and we chose the needle piercing. The earrings are beautiful, we chose 2 earrings that have lovely diamond designs. My girls are so happy and so am I. Very clean establishment. The nurse who preformed the service was very hygienic. They have a nice selection of both device and needle piercing. The selection for the needle piercing is broader and has a nicer diamond selection. The piercing process was relatively easy for the girls. They were nervous, they said it pinched and the worst part was attaching the earring pieces together. After she stopped touching their ears they didn’t hurt! All smiles and hugs afterwards. What a fantastic experience! Thank you!
