- EWElaine White5 days ago5.0I’m an old lady who pierced her own ears over 50 years ago. I used self piercing earrings and I clearly did not know what I was doing. They’ve been wrong ever since. I finally got the nerve to check on getting them re-pierced. Sam waited on me and explained my options. She was very patient with all my questions and very reassuring. Sam escorted to a back room where I was convinced she wanted a room with a door in case I screamed. Her calm and professional demeanor helped me relax enough to do the deed. Sam took care in marking the spot on each ear and was patient when I changed my mind on the location. She clearly walked me through each step of the procedure and even talked me through breathing when the piercing took place. I was so pleased with Rowan and especially Sam, I plan to bring my granddaughter next month to get her second piercings. .

I had been there a couple of years ago to get three piercings and decided to come back for a 4th in the flat part of my ear. I appreciate how clean the store is and that all piercings are done by nurses. Mariah was my nurse. She was so patient and knowledgeable and gave great advice on what earrings might look best on me. She also took her time to ensure correct piercing placement. So happy with my decision! If I ever get another burning desire to get another piercing, I’ll be coming back to Rowan!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
