- AEAllahna Esber5 days ago1.0I was left a voicemail after hours saying my appointment for the next afternoon was canceled. I then had to call the next morning to actually cancel my appointment and get a refund of my deposit because they did not do so. I have gotten massages at woodhouse in the past. They are fine, not the best but not terrible. Overall, the lack of customer service is disappointing.

The facility is beautiful and very tranquil; I wish I had come earlier so I could relax in it a bit more before my appointment. Tammy was great; she explained every part of the service and made sure I felt comfortable. For the service itself 80 minutes is somewhat short for a 3 part treatment, I'm glad I tried it out and might come back for a more focused treatment that involves fewer components

They took full accountability for it and gave me a discount. When I call I ask do they take spa finder gift card I was told yes. WHICH THEY DON'T So today I booked the same appointment 50 mins. The young lady I had dropped the ball I will not say her name because it could have been a bad day for her but I am very displeased I just lost my sister and was really looking forward to this relaxing day. I let the establishment kno my complaint and they discounted the bill again... IT NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY I was really honestly looking forward to this experience. I think the young lady needs a refreshing course in this line of business. Getting a massage can be very expensive Today was a waste of money... On the other hand Woodhouse was so welcoming and Clean and everyone was so polite the whole experience before the massage was absolutely delightful. I most definitely will be returning just with a different person. It is very Nice in there the smell made u want to stay for ever... they gets a 10 for that

Received several emails and texts in the days leading up to the massage asking me to confirm and re-confirm my appointment, along with a warning that I'd be charged if I cancelled too late, only to get a call an hour or so before my appointment telling me that the therapist was out sick. I understand that illnesses happen, but it would be nice if Woodhouse had extra capacity to account for these scenarios, especially if they're willing to charge customers if the roles are reversed and they cancel at the last minute. I've used Woodhouse Spa's across the US, and am very disappointed with my experience at this location.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Guests between the ages of 13-17 require a parent to be in the room for massage services. All guests under 18 years of age must get a parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
