  Went with one of my sons last week. Had a perfect experience the first time. Nice, clean cut. Stylish was friendly, sociable, and interacted well with my child. Since it went well, I scheduled my other 2 sons. Due to our work schedules, we had to do evening appointments. The plan was for my husband to take one child and I would take the other. My husband arrived roughly 7 minutes before the appointment. He immediately realized that walk ups had been taken over the scheduled appointment. He ended up waiting past the scheduled time. No big deal. A stylist comes to assist and my husband is flat out told that neither of the stylists know how to use clippers. So he ended up having to cancel. Since I was already on my way up, I ended up having to cancel in person after finding out that information. We were offered a re-schedule but we didn’t have any more time options to make a reschedule possible. As a result, we ended up taking our business elsewhere. I know staffing isn’t always in a business’s control; however, why run a back to school special if you don’t have stylists trained on a variety of cuts? Disappointed in the outcome because my first experience was 5 stars and I was hoping to continue to bring my business here.

  My hair stylist was awesome and friendly and very patient …. I went in to only get color correction done… my hair was stripped of last color and then had color added… it didn’t change se we tried it again. When I left it was close To my natural hair color. Later that night after a wash my hair was red …. I called and left a voice Mail and I did get a call back… I simply just asked for a refund but that wasn’t an option. They advised I come back to try again …I explained my hair is short and I’d rather try to grow it out and a refund would be best option … they told Me they wouldn’t … this disappointed me more than anything… 100 dollar service that didn’t work.

  Did not do what I asked for whatsoever. She seemed bothered by being there, highly unsanitary with a suite case that’s was dirty, using very dirty gross bin to carry her bowls of color? Did not talk to me about what she was doing, left me under the dryer for an alarming amount of time, was extremely rough when washing the bleach and color out of my hair. I paid an insane amount of money and now I have to figure out how to fix this mess by paying more money. After getting home and looking at what I got especially vs what I wanted was like she did her own thing. I spent 4 hours there on my daughters 16th birthday with many plans ahead of us for the day, I’m highly disappointed in this service and women there saying how great my hair was, funny how that works in a salon, maybe they should have asked me what I was wanting vs what I got! I will say my daughter’s hair turned out fabulous, which she was done by a very perfessional male stylist that left her feeling great!

  I'm very unhappy with the results, because I asked for one style and received another. Val looked at my picture for no more than a few seconds and then seemed the whole time she was going to do what she wanted with MY hair. I felt like what I wanted as a customer wasn't important, that my opinion on what I would look like didn't matter. I was really looking forward to a new hairstyle and feel like it was money wasted, and worse, I have to pay to have someone actually give me what I want - after waiting for it to grow out. I can't speak for the salon as a whole but I was not impressed with my stylist and wouldn't recommend Val.

  I went here frequently and towards to beginning all was well and they always did a great job. However the last year, they have screwed up my hair almost every other time I went in. Wrong colors, my hair looked ORANGE instead of blonde twice. The worst experience was one of the stylists actually had me hold my own foils! 10/10 would NOT recommend
