- BWBryn Whitmer4 days ago5.0The person who helped me was PHENOMENAL his name was Andrew and he knew exactly how to help me. I went in looking for a low coverage brightening foundation, he walked me around and showed me a couple and swatched them on my hand so I could see what they looked like and color match me. I am extremely picky with my foundation and have never found one that I genuinely liked, HE FOUND ME ONE!!! He was so friendly and relatable, his customer service was TOP TEIR!

I just stopped in for a Sephora brand Size Up mascara but the display case stand didn’t have any. My daughter told me the employee could open the bottom overstock drawer for us so I approached an employee asking if they could open the drawer and she just stared at me coldly. She walked over and opened the drawer and I spotted about three full size Sephora Size Up mascaras in there and she began to close the drawer. I said wait that’s the mascara I want right there. She said no thats the mini. It was not in fact the mini (my daughter and I both saw that it was the full size. The same size I always buy) but she would not reopen the drawer or let me see it. I thought it was very strange that she wouldn’t let me buy a product I know was there in front of my eyes. We ended up leaving and going to the main Sephora store across the street and they treated us like gold- We spent $200. It’s no wonder they have almost 5 stars and the Kohl’s Sephora has 1.7 stars and lots of complaints.
