  Premier outlet Monroe- If there were a zero I would choose a negative zero. Very poor customer service. I was not assisted nor was I greeted. I observed other customers were being greeted. The African American lady with the glasses and short grey hair was so focused on another customer she couldn’t give anyone else attention. The blonde girl greeted customers. I went to check out and the blonde girl asked if I was ready to check out. I told yes and told her that there was no customer service at all. She asked if I was helped and I said no and I was not greeted. I willl not be returning to this store.

  Supervisor was extremely rude and would not take responsibility for having the testers set up to match the wrong shade products. I ended up buying the wrong shade (i am extremely dark and got a white shade because they placed it behind the tester). When I tried to exchange it, they would not let me even though it was completely unused and I literally bought it yesterday. DONT SHOP HERE!!

  So this store finally has a change in management and personnel. I have never enjoyed shopping here due to the unpleasant atmosphere, management, and employees, though I have tried many times. I popped in a week ago, and was met with a very pleasant surprise! New management, new and kind employees, and a new set up inside is what I was met with, and I had such a different experience. I used to look around and leave without buying anything because it was so unpleasant. Not this time! Thank you for making this store feel like a completely different and happier place!

  Two weeks or so before Christmas, I went to the Cosmetic Company store located in Cincinnati’s premium outlets. I have been attending to these stores for a while, but even though the one in Cincinnati is my closest, I stopped attending because there was a blond male who would make my experience extremely uncomfortable. He would not give me my GWP, would say that things were limoted when they were not, and was simply not happy to see us. And we used to buy 400+ every visit. Happy was my surprise that they had now a new staff, and due to the Christmas holidays they even had some type of activity that asked us to sing a Christmas song!! They were super helpful, kind and even gave us some samples!! We left with such a big smile and we will of course return!! Thank you Katie, Kim and Chasity!!
