- TJT M JenkinsAug 22, 20261.0Premier outlet Monroe- If there were a zero I would choose a negative zero. Very poor customer service. I was not assisted nor was I greeted. I observed other customers were being greeted. The African American lady with the glasses and short grey hair was so focused on another customer she couldn’t give anyone else attention. The blonde girl greeted customers. I went to check out and the blonde girl asked if I was ready to check out. I told yes and told her that there was no customer service at all. She asked if I was helped and I said no and I was not greeted. I willl not be returning to this store.
- ASAdvika SumitMay 26, 20261.0Supervisor was extremely rude and would not take responsibility for having the testers set up to match the wrong shade products. I ended up buying the wrong shade (i am extremely dark and got a white shade because they placed it behind the tester). When I tried to exchange it, they would not let me even though it was completely unused and I literally bought it yesterday. DONT SHOP HERE!!
