  Not a bad Holiday Inn. Been here 3 weeks. For the most part is quiet. A little ruckus at the pool but it's raining. Two girls at the front are amazing and very helpful. They sell vending snacks and pops. I Def would stay here again.

  For a business that is new to the store, Sephora at Kohl’s in Austin Landing has a long way to go in customer service! Two separate days I walked into their section and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The first day I had to go to the register where sales staff was chatting and ask for assistance. I had several questions but after I asked where a product was located, the clerk went back to the register to chat. Made me wonder what has happened to customer service. I don’t know where it is, but I know where it isn’t. Also I feel they should at least walk around and familiar themselves with their products. They knew nothing about certain ones.
