- ERElizabeth RichardsJun 10, 20241.0Booked an appointment online and got email and text confirmation. Showed up for my appointment waited 10 mins and then messaged my stylist to see where she was. She said she didn’t have me on her schedule and was not available. Not sure if there is something wrong with the booking system online but this is very annoying and I wasted a whole hour of my day. Make sure to confirm directly with your stylist if you book online.
- ACA. C.Nov 25, 20233.0Somebody here doesn't keep their website properly updated. Made my second online appointment at Salon Loft Mentor for this Friday. Got a text just hours before that this hairstylist no longer works at salon loft. I inquired if they had other availability on that day and got rudely ignored. They could have just said no. Also they should have known they were still on salon loft directory of stylists. Canceled on the day of is rude and an inconvenience. Tempted to leave their name here. Found a new stylist at Ulta that I really like so I won't be going back to Salon Loft. My first haircut at Salon Loft went well so this is a sad ending for them. Oh well.
