- MSMeghan StanleyMay 5, 20262.0We’ve been here in the past and had no issues. Put my son’s name on a wait today & it said 3 stylist and a 20 minute wait. Got into the shop a little early.. no problem we don’t mind waiting our turn. We ended up waiting 40+ minutes, one girl went to the back and never came back not sure if she left she was flustered from a previous customer which we understand, one chatting so much with her client that the hair cut was taking extra long & then was exchanging phones at the end in the middle of the shop. All this the while one other lady cut hair. We weren’t acknowledged at all except for when we walked in. I would think if you knew the wait was longer than expected that you would say something or at least try to get those customers in. We ended up having to leave after 40-45 minutes (from the time we checked in) because we were going to miss a sporting event. Nice enough staff, but definitely not a great experience & I would definitely think twice about coming to this location again based on the experience.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
