  What I was asking for to be done was already hard but having 30 plus experience would have been a breeze for you to have accomplished my only complaint truly is the amount of money that I had spent to get this done and I was platinum blonde to begin with had a dark base and highlights and lowlights one being platinum blonde in the other being a little darker than the platinum blonde my hair was rinsed and warm water so ultimately it bled through all other colors so is like it was never done and yet I still had to pay and once I paid I asked well it's just not exactly what I wanted you know I want the platinum blonde framing my face and she suggested I come back the following day and she would be willing for free to put in three strips of platinum blonde on each side and I just was blown away because the fact that you took over a hundred and some dollars of my money I tipped you over $20 which was very generous considering it wasn't even remotely close to the photo I showed you and you want to tell me I'll do six strips of platinum but if it's any more than that then I have to charge you that is absolutely obscene to me. No offense to the lady who did my hair she is God's a witty character she was fun to speak with she seems like a wonderful woman and she's you know doing a job but she can be doing a way better job then what had been presented I had to go out buy my own supplies and I have spent days trying to recreate what I wanted on my own spending more money and I'm happy to say that on my own I have almost completely achieved what I wanted to begin with.

  First of all I was all ready having anxiety about getting my hair cut after getting a very bad hair cut in the past. We explained to the stylists about how a person chopped my hair all up and we had to end up buying a wig that we didn't have money to purchase because the trauma the service caused me. Then after all that we left there and I came home to wash it and fix it my self hoping I would like it better then after we looked at it again it's was absolutely horrible it won't style because in the crown it is so short you can't even get ahold of it. I was finally feeling secure about myself again and then here we go again.she was very nice but just not satisfied with my hair.

  Do not go to jc Penny for an edgie cut! I made that mistake and I hope you learn from it. First appt, I was talked out of all the details I wanted and then didn't realize the shave was in a square instead of rounded. It looked ATROCIOUS! I had to go get my kids so I went back right after and asked to have it rounded (most places will fix a haircut within 24 hours) and the girl was no longer there. I scheduled with a different woman that had an opening and she absolutely butchered my hair! She did not listen to a thing I said and even made the comment "this is the only way I know to do it so if you hate me when it's done, you hate me!" As I noticed the 1/4 in thick hard line she was putting in my hair (to the scalp!) I started crying and asked her to stop. I then asked for a refund because twice nobody listened and just screwed up my hair. The manager gave me my refund then told me to never come back to his store and walked me out taking down to me in front of my 7 and 7 year old! I will need to wear my hair down to cover this for a long time. There's no fixing it unless I shave my head. I am absolutely mortified that they would cut my hair without the confidence they could do it. Stupid me for thinking they would do right by me. The unprofessionalism of the manager is what truly takes the cake! He did nothing in a professional manner... NOTHING! I would be ashamed to call him my boss, employee or co-worker. So outrageous the way he behaved. I too am in management and have NEVER spoken to a soul the way he spoke to me. Be warned, they're very outdated in their experience. If you got a good cut there... good on ya... you were very lucky and I wouldn't take my pup to be groomed there. I'm so embarrassed to have anyone see my hair. I don't see the option to share photos but I'm happy to share them if anyone could comment how.

  I love to get my hair done and the stylists here are fabulous. They are very knowledgeable and they really care about their client's looks. Thank you.
