- JLJennifer Lukacs2 days ago3.0Quality of work was good. I don’t care for the no check in process. First appointment stylist was late. Second she completely forgot I was there, with a confirmed automated appointment. Fifteen minutes later, nothing. No follow up after, just a double booking and zero communication after she noticed me sitting there. She most likely didn’t remember me from the first appointment. I will not be back due to this layout. I like the privacy of the rooms, but making an appointment and getting forgotten isn’t a good feeling especially after the tardiness of the first one. I’d go back to a different stylist but the way it’s setup makes it too easy for them to get overbooked or forget who they have on the calendar.
