  Purchased a sephora brand the day b4 at LEVIS COMMONS but the color was off (things have changed since rebranding) Came into this 1 just 2 exchange- 1st the lady stated we don't carry that brand you'll have 2 go back 2 that store. I pointed 👉 it 2 her that they do and its right over there. She rebuttal it's not the same kind. We take a walk over and she's acting surprised 😮 (it's the sephora brand on the big wall 🧱 🤣 stop ✋️ it) ... Then she goes on to "talk 2 someone in he ear piece" "asking" can she do this sephora exchange for a different sephora and says store policy they don't do exchanges I'll have 2 take it back to LEVIS!!! Mighty funny how I got a quick dis and dismiss didn't ask to help me find another brand/ shade but she was all sooooo nice 2 the other 2 "LADS" in the store, offering multiple samples to take home 🏡 and try out but towards me it was nothing outside of " u gotta take it back to LEVIS" ✋️🫡👌... Got it!! NEVER AGAIN!! And I'll make sure everyone knows about the "crap service u pick and choose 2 give 2 those u pick and choose"

  Went in today on 2/16/25 at about 1:30pm. I had a gift card but I wasn’t sure how much was on it so I asked the employee she proceeded to tell me my gift card was invalid and nothing was on it??? So I say I’d like to speak to a supervisor. She says to me “Well I’m a beauty lead” ??? That’s not what I asked for. She finally asked for help from another co worker who was able to see that I INDEED DID HAVE MONEY ON MY GIFT CARD! She never apologized, customer service was HORRIBLE, and she didn’t know what she was doing! I’m so upset I didn’t catch her name because I want to put it in this review. But she was a black girl who’s supposedly a beauty lead working on this day and time! And she is the reason I will not be back!!! I will go to other Sephora stores.

  Supper awesome staff who was willing to help me with questions with my 15 1/2 yr.old about makeup and moisturizer, ect.

  It's nice but not as big as a regular Sephora! I found the items I needed and the customer service was great..plus they let me use my Kohl's giftcard so that helped! I like shopping two stores at once..I will be back to this Sephora!

  I purchased self tanner drops from this location. Tried them twice and they didn’t work with my skin. Returned to this exact location and tried to return. They swore up and down they could not see it on My beauty insider. I could see it and physically show it to them on my end. They said they couldn’t do the return. I called sephoras customer service and they said there is absolutely no reason that they were unable to process my return at this location. I called this location back to inquire with this new information from Sephora and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. If I could give zero stars I would. I had my rouge account deactivated and will only shop at ulta from now on.
