- BBBNov 12, 20245.0I’ve been seeing Kayt for my eyebrow waxes for over 8 years and I can honestly say she is the best in the business. This Ulta location is so lucky have her! Her attention to detail, expertise, and the care she takes with each wax are unmatched. I've followed her through every transition, originally seeing her at the Ulta on Lane Ave every two weeks, to when she opened her own esthetics business, and to now when she returned to Ulta simply because no one comes close to the level of skill that she brings. Every time I leave her chair, my brows are literally perfect. I don’t even need to look in the mirror anymore after the service to know they’re the exact shape that I want. I never have to worry about the quality of her work and I trust her completely with my face. I’ve gone to so many other waxing places before finding Kayt, and occasionally visiting those places if Kayt is out of town and I need a wax quickly before an event, and I regret it every single time no matter where I go. SO many waxers just don’t get the correct shape, burn you, straight up botch your brows, have you looking crazy, they rush the service and leave stray hairs, etc. It’s not worth it. Kayt has also done my lip and chin waxes and she gets them so smooth and all the baby hairs gone and is so professional and non judgmental when it comes to hair growing in embarrassing or sensitive places. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. I can’t recommend Kayt enough because she’s the only person I’ll trust with my brows because I’m so picky and I know she will give me the same perfect shape every time and I’m so grateful I found her all those years ago. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to listen to your needs and deliver flawless results kayt is your girl.

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.

parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
