  Great service, especially by Rachel! She took numerous hours on my hair even to get it perfect no matter how long it took and she made sure my hair stayed healthy even during the whole bleaching process and gave me treatments to help it. You should definitely ask for her!

  My stylist moved away and JCPenney is close so my mom suggested I try it. I could cry. The first appt a few months back was fine, but this second one… 2 appts later (one yesterday and a “fix” today) and I can’t believe the hair on my head. I asked for heavier blonde up front and a few throughout the back to blend highly uneven highlights that were done yesterday and got the front done, but the back is still a disaster that is so strange looking. There are splotches throughout my hair that seem like no lightener was added at all.( this is originally how the front looked too. But I’m just at a loss for words. I could tell the stylist was annoyed she had to “fix” it today because she was so rough on my head that I have had a really bad headache since then. Super frustrating to say the least. Not even sure what can be done at this point but I wouldn’t even want to call again to go back in because it was so incredibly uncomfortable (and painful) Sadly I have my daughter’s graduation this week and literally zero time to continue going back and forth for hours. I am just at a loss for words. Make sure you choose your stylist carefully and make sure they have pictures up online of the work they do. I almost never leave a bad review but after the last 2 days, I feel like it’s necessary. Almost $200 for a raging migraine, completely raw and sore scalp. At least part of my hair is blonde and not striped now I guess.

  This is the 2nd time I've gone to Shae at the Jcpenny hair salon and I love her, I won't go anywhere else! We did a consultation at first to see exactly what I wanted, I needed a change of color and cut desperately. Shae listened and we decided on a shiny auburn color which I love. Shae did an amazing job, she made the atmosphere calm and peaceful, it made my day, and gave me the best style. I work a lot and needed something easy and manageable, I was not disappointed.

  Allison is a sweet person. I initially gave a good review because didnt see the damage that was done. I spent $230 on a dye and left almost a $70 tip. Got home the whole front of my head was not colored that was supposedly the baby hairs. I had a bald spot that I originally did not have. I had burns on my ears inside and out. Color stool to my face for almost a week. My scalp is still peeling off from being burned so badly. And then to top it off a week after spending all that money for permanent color that was told would last for months buying their shampoo has already started coming out. I have blotches of blonde sticking out all over my head that are no longer colored pink. I cant redo it at this time due to all the burns I had and more damage to be done would be catastrophic right now. I own my own business and have to face public on a daily basis, and this is just very stressful knowing someone could have left me like this. I promise I will never EVER be coming back to this place. I only wished I had paid with a card now to dispute the darn charges uuuggghhh
