She didn’t really let me have a say once she got started she asked what I wanted on the sides I said a little off and then she took a ton off and didn’t blend it out. I think I’m going to have to find another place to fix what she did. Really disappointed.

Yet as I encountered the employees I discovered one who did an excellent job! I give the business a five star review because the mailed coupon provided a fantastic price of $8.99. This then allowed me to tip my cutter $10+. I recommend "Ashley." She's personable and she does an A-Class job! The business says having a requested person cutting one's hair will not happen. Yet the past three times I have been able to "request" her. I can only assume there are other competent employees. This specific business owns a calm and easy going atmosphere. Check it out!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
