- CAChris & Heather AdkinsMay 3, 20261.0Got both of my boys haircut we asked for a simple fade with a little bit of length left on top. One of them walked out with it, not even being blended in the back at all to where you could see it wasn't blended his neck and behind his ears are uneven. The other one there were big hunks took out of my kids hair and looks like she just chasing with her eyes closed and I left a $20 tip so we will not be returning. It was so bad my son literally started bawling when we walked next-door to TJ Maxx once he's all his hair and mind he's 14 years old and cut his ear. Oh my mind, this was two different Hairstylist.

The lady I had do my hair was so rude to my sister in law when we first walked in then when she was cutting my hair she ignored me when I was trying to talk to her. Also I am pretty sure she didn't care about doing her job. She also about let me leave the place with wet hair, like what place dose that. Would not be going back to this place. I normally trust great clips but now I am questioning that. Also she cut my hair shorter then I asked her to. Will not recommend going here

- ARAmber RyanMar 10, 20261.0Went to Great Clips with my partner thinking we’d leave with our usual haircuts we get there. Instead we left looking like we lost a bet lmao. My partner asked for a simple mullet clean-up and they absolutely butchered it so badly, he had to change the entire style just to make it look remotely normal. Then there was my hair… the front was so uneven and choppy it looked like someone cut it with safety scissors during an earthquake. Random long pieces sticking down, nothing blended. It was so bad I literally had to shave my head because there was no saving it. I was respectful asking for a refund and explaining why we both weren’t happy, no one could even say sorry including the manager. I didn’t expect a celebrity stylist, but I also didn’t expect to walk out looking like my haircut was done by a lawn mower. If you’re looking for a clean haircut or to be listened to in any way shape or form, maybe try somewhere else. If you’re looking for a life lesson and a reason to buy a hat or go bald, this is the place.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
