It is very professional, clean, and has an amazing staff. We were treated with such great care. My wife and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and are already dreaming about our next visit back. We did a full body massage and got red light therapy done. I would recommend this spa to everyone especially if you are a first timer looking for your first massage.”
- JGjoni gitermanApr 18, 20264.0overall very relaxing. my daughter and i each had two services. i can only speak to my experiences. massage was very nice (josh) - he had great pressure, and asked all the right questions. my facial was very average for the cost. never explained what i may feel with each layer of my peel. when i mentioned tingling and itching she responded “i wondered if you’d feel anything”. while “marinating, she gave me what i’m guessing was supposed to be a shoulder and neck massage but rubbed literally one spot for the entire time - the top bony part of my shoulders - not entirely comfortable. the steam was blasting on one side of my face so i kept turning to catch some goodness on the other side. i didn’t mention it at checkout because we were celebrating my daughters birthday and the almost end of her pregnancy and i didn’t want to make a big deal but then i got a text asking for a review, soooooo ….

Instead of that, I just heard 2 other massage therapists laughing and talking so loudly that not even the white noise machine in the room could drown them out. Very disappointed and probably won't be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Arrived 15 min early like asked. Had us change an and get ready. Then comes in after we were suppose already start are massage and says they can’t do it due to me only be 4 week postpartum. They had this information for days befor my apt. They did offer other service but very upsetting because we drove over an hour to get there and was really lookin forward to it. Not postpartum friendly at all.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Minor Policy
To ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests, Woodhouse Spa welcomes individuals aged 13 and above. We kindly request that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. Minors (guests under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Minor guests must be paired with a therapist of the same sex. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s). Minor guests must be 16+ to receive Bikini Wax and have a parent or guardian in the room. Minors may not receive Brazilian Wax.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time. Woodhouse gift card contains a value that may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
For products that have been opened or partially used, or if returned beyond our 30-day return window, we offer an in-store credit. Clothing items and products that remain unopened or unused, and those returned within the 30-day period, qualify for a refund to the original form of payment.

Nestled within Grandview Yard, our spa is located at the Southern Station Apartments, with front doors facing Goodale Blvd.
Parking Options:
Retail Parking Lot: Parking is available in the lot behind our building labeled "Retail Parking Only," closest to the Southern Station building. This lot is accessible off Yard Street on Bowman Way.
Public Parking Garage: Additional parking is available in the public parking garage behind Esporta and Massage Envy, located at 800 Bobcat Ave.
Please Note: A brief walk from all parking options is required to reach the spa's entrance.

CND Shellac Gel Polish: Opt for the long-lasting, high-shine finish of CND Shellac, perfect for those seeking a resilient and glossy manicure. Please note that we do not offer gel polish pedicures.
Dazzle Dry: Elevate your experience with Dazzle Dry, a revolutionary lacquer system that dries completely in just 5 minutes without the need for UV or LED lights. Despite its long-lasting nature, Dazzle Dry polish can be removed easily with regular nail polish remover.
Please note: We are unable to remove SNS/dip and acrylic nails at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
