- LPlisa prestifilippoSep 9, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I had to return a product that was past the 30 days but only because I had to previously exchange it because the first one had a broken trigger. I really only had had it about 2 weeks. They refused to do any kind of refund or an in-store credit. Then when I suggested I speak with the Top manager...the assistant manager decided to try putting in the receipt number. Oh. Now I can offer you an in-store credit. I will spend my credit at a different store but I can buy products at numerous places. No need to shop at Sephora any more. :)

- AJAndrea JJun 10, 20265.0I have to say, this is one of the most welcoming Sephoras that I’ve been to. The staff were so kind and helpful. I did not feel like I was a bother. Everyone was extremely patient and delighted to work with me. Thank you ladies for showing me a great time!
