- MWMary WotherspoonMay 6, 20261.0I tried to make an appointment with a stylist that I usually go with. I was told that they cannot give out the schedule. I wasn't asking for a schedule I just wanted to make an appointment with my stylist. Any salon that you go to will schedule an appointment with your stylist you frequently go to. I think this new procedure is unnecessary and not helping your stylists or customers with satisfaction of customer service! I am not going to have some new stylist that doesn't know my hair try to cut it and make me unhappy! Been there before and I learned my lesson. Point is, this needs to charge for the customer and stylist! This procedure is not fair or right to all involved! I really do not want to take my business elsewhere and start over finding a stylist that I can call to schedule an appointment but I will if I have to!

I called the store and they would not give me her schedule. I think this is wrong because it helps me to plan Which day is good for me in accordance with her schedule. They said they couldn't do it anymore because of privacy rules. I think it would be in your best interest to have the stylist sign a release saying that it's okay for them to give out her schedule. This is making it much more difficult for the customer. And in my opinion, you should aim to please your customers.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
